About the Role
Ausloans is launching a new Brisbane office, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Asset Finance Broker to help drive the next stage of growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to a high-performing broker who enjoys building relationships, mentoring others, and writing quality business across both consumer and commercial asset finance.
You will join a national business with established systems, lender access, compliance support, and operational infrastructure already in place — while still having the opportunity to help shape the Brisbane team from the ground up.
This role works closely with national leadership and will initially support a growing Brisbane team of brokers and support staff.
Duties
Build and manage a high-performing asset finance portfolio across consumer and commercial lending
Mentor and support developing brokers within the Brisbane team
Structure and submit finance applications across a broad lender panel
Manage client relationships from enquiry through to settlement
Support the growth and development of the Brisbane office
Skills & Experience
Strong experience within asset finance, commercial lending, or broker environments
Proven ability to write and manage complex finance deals
Leadership, mentoring, or team support experience
Strong understanding of lender policies and compliance obligations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
